XCG Internal
XCG Internal is the private workspace used by XC Gradient's team to coordinate meetings, tasks, objectives and company records. The application is self-hosted and is available only to recognized team members over our private Tailscale network.
Google Calendar integration
Team members may explicitly connect a Google Account to synchronize their work calendar with XCG Internal. The integration imports timed events into the member's Internal calendar and can create or update Google Calendar events, including Google Meet links, from Internal meetings.
The integration does not request access to Gmail, contacts, Drive, or unrelated Google services.
Access and control
- Connection requires an authenticated XCG Internal session and explicit Google consent.
- Each connection is bound to one recognized XC Gradient team member.
- A member can disconnect Google Calendar from XCG Internal at any time.
- Google credentials and calendar records are not sold or used for advertising.
