About Pàver

Pàver, part of Relem Group, does metal stamping and tubes for the automotive industry, from its site in Granollers.

The problem

Before each ISO audit, the team spent a full week updating every supplier’s metrics by hand: on-time deliveries, non-conformities, certificate status and the final score. The data lived in an Access database, an Excel sheet of non-conformities and the suppliers’ own websites.

What we built

XC Gradient connects the Access database (the 2024 and 2025 scores), the 2026 non-conformity Excel and the AENOR and TÜV SÜD certificate registers. Every supplier’s ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificates are checked every day at 07:15, and their websites every Monday.

Results

The scores of 72 suppliers update on their own: on-time delivery, non-conformities, certificate grade, and the final score with its level. The audit numbers are ready on any day.
